Thoughts, in no semblance of order

At night I am pretty much mentally spent. I can't really extend too much more brain power so I'm just going to record some of the stuff going on these days.

I GOT AN IPOD!!! Yippee! Thanks ma for the early (very early) xmas gift! I am going to use it in class on Thursday. We are going to talk about monsters! I am going to play some Jaws music to introduce the idea.

I did yoga on my own today. Was sore and tight, but glad I was there. I have been really pushing it with school, I bet I walk 3 miles per day, just in the classroom. Teachers are very active, or atleast ones that are trying to be good at teaching. So it is great to not be behind a desk. Speaking of that, I saw my old boss today, for whom I used to sit behind a desk and do stupid crap. SOOOOO glad I am not in that mental/physical headspace anymore. I am glad I didn't have to talk to him, he kinda bugs.

We won big tonight in softball!!

My scoliosis is really bad and I need a massage. I wish I could afford getting them regularly, or at all. It hurts when I do any leg behind the head stuff.

I've been getting headaches. I think I drink too much coffee, but it is decaf. Oh well, gotta have some liquid pleasures in life.

YOu are right gingerberry kombucha rocks! My fav now.
I know a way you could pay for a massage! I might need some help next weekend. I am going to Hawaii with my oldest (yep 13) child but the other two are here. My husband did not take the time off because he is who he is.
I haven't figured it all out yet but I might need some child help. They are easy as they are old too, they just need rides mostly.
Interested?

yogini from the shala with scoliosis definitely qualifies you for free massage from moi. if you can afford a donation, or feel the need perhaps send it to the national scoliosis org. actually sorry to hear of the scoliosis, i never noticed and based on your practice probably would not have thougth you could have it. well whatever, let me know. the folks at the shala can give you my number, if you are so inclined.

namaste and shanti.

Um, yeah Jake rocks.

Hey Jake, could you donate to my "need a new car" fund? lol.

Liz, you're still a princess. How old are you missy? My mom doesn't spoil me with massages, clothes or Ipods anymore...I think the last thing she gave me was some blankets...that are well worn from all my childhood years.

oh im sureu know this, but decaf still has a significant amount of caffiene in it.. so if u r drinking multiple cups, yer body is deffintily going to become addicted to it
