cat power is awesome, i LOVE her music. my standard is boards of canada. i have also been listening to devendra banhart and band of horses. i also agree with TV on the radio. i like this idea of sharing music interests! let's hear more!
for yoga and washing dishes: Midival Punditz, Tabla Beat Science, Arabian Travels 1 and 2. if you like Tool and Perfect Circle, the second Chevelle album is nice. the Thermals are my very new favorite. Regina Spektor is good for feeling blue and my kids Backyardigans cd is good to pull me back out of the Regina funk.
OHhhh wait, you might like "My Morning Jacket" Great band, Ryan turned me on to them.
